       Gene-Portrait creates unique digital DNA-art portraits from a sample of your own DNA. This exclusive and personalized DNA art represents a sampling of your unique DNA profile and holds no medical or legal value. Up to 50 subjects (people and/or pets) can be included on a single DNA-art portrait, making it the perfect gift to share with your loved ones (family, friends, couple, pet dog, pet cat, pet horse). How is my DNA sample collected?
      The DNA sample is collected in the privacy of your own home by means of a buccal swab (cheek scrape) which is quick and painless.

What happens to my DNA once the DNA-art portrait has been created?
      Your DNA is properly discarded. We do not keep your DNA.

Do you store my DNA-art image?
      Yes, we store a copy of your DNA-art portrait in case the merchandise suffers any damage –during delivery or once it is in your hands. We will delete your image upon request. At any rate, we recommend you to make a copy of your CD and keep it in a safe place.

Can you obtain or extrapolate genetic information from my DNA portrait?
      Absolutely not. Your DNA-art portrait has no medical or legal value.

How do I know my DNA portrait is accurate and unique?

How do I order my DNA art?
      Print and read the Consent Form and instructions on how to collect DNA samples, and mail the DNA samples and completed Consent Form to Gene-Portrait. When your DNA samples arrive, you will receive a confirmation e-mail asking you to make the payment through PayPal. Can I order from anywhere in the world?

Will my purchase be taxed?
      Only DNA artwork delivered to residents of member countries of the European Union is taxed.

How will I receive my DNA-art portrait?
      You will receive your unique DNA-art portrait on CD (hand-signed by the artist), as an original and stunning digital photo art gallery of colors and styles selected according to the peculiarities of each DNA portrait.

How long does it take to get the genetic artwork?
      10-15 working days from the date we receive your DNA sample.

What if my DNA-art portrait arrives damaged?
      In the unlikely event that your DNA work of art arrives damaged, just contact us. We will immediately send you another CD with your DNA portrait. We will always be there for you.
