HOW TO ORDER YOUR UNIQUE DNA PORTRAIT ART

1. Print the following and read all the information carefully:

        This is basically mailing info and agreement to the General Terms and conditions of Geneportrait ( "Terms of use, privacy & copyright" at the bottom of every page in our website).
 
        Aside from the contact person, you don´t have to use the real names of the individuals that will be in the portrait. A number and some initials will do.
 
        COLLECT BUCCAL SAMPLES
 
        You will need 2 cotton-tipped swabs for each subject. They can usually be found at most pharmacies or drug stores. For buccal sample collection, just follow the instructions on the PDF file in our website. It's important you collect samples on the same day you're planning to send us the envelope. The sooner we receive the samples the better.
 

2. Send us the completed (and signed) Consent Form plus buccal samples to the following address:

3. Once we receive the envelope, we will send you a confirmation e-mail asking you to make the payment (Paypal electronic invoice). Once we have payment confirmation, we will start the process of creating your unique Genetic Portrait. When the portrait is ready, we will send you e-proofs for your approval before sending the CD. The images are provided in TIFF format (e-proofs in JPEG format). The portraits look great on any surface. 

4. You will receive your artwork on CD (hand-signed by the artist) in 10-15 days from the day we start the process of creating your Genetic Portrait.

NOTE: Confirmation e-mails will be sent after receiving DNA samples + Consent Form, payment and once the DNA portrait CD has been sent out. We want to make sure that an honest and fluent communication channel is established between Gene-Portrait and its clients. We will always be there for you.
